What the PTA do.....

The PTA aims to raise funds to help make the school's budget go further, improve our children's educational opportunities, to provide a feedback to the school and hopefully to add something to the spirit of the community.

Who are the PTA.....

You may not know it but as a parent of a child at the school you are already a member of the PTA, how much you chose to be involved is up to you. Obviously the more people who are involved the better we can be at assisting the school, the children, their parents and the community.

What the PTA has achieved....

It is a reality that school budgets are continuously under pressure and never more so than at our school and your support as a parent and PTA member to the fund raising efforts have undoubtedly had a positive impact on all of our children's educational experiences.

In 2011 / 2012 we donated £27,000 to the school. In 2012 / 2013 we donated £16,490 and 2013 / 2014 saw £34,000 donated to the school, including £28,000 to support refurbishment of the ICT suite, and £5,000 to make improvements to the School Library, including graphic novels, dual language books and other resources designed to encourage a love of reading in the children.
In 2014 / 2015, we donated £13,000 to the school to fund iPads and associated technology for use in classes across the school, plus in excess of £10,000 for other projects.
